Four coaching paths, one steady partnership

Each service is offered as a tailored coaching engagement, with weekly sessions, between-session support, and tools designed for real life.

Parent Coaching

Calmer routines, clearer communication, stronger connection.

Parent Coaching

You might have seen Proud Mom or Proud Parent bumper stickers tied to a child's achievements — but how about feeling proud of yourself as a parent, regardless of what your child accomplishes? It is difficult to find those proud moments when days are filled with unfinished tasks, hurtful arguments, and misunderstandings. In my method of Parent Coaching, I encourage a practice of acknowledging the efforts both you and your child put in, emphasizing the importance of truly hearing your child's needs. Building this understanding also teaches your child valuable life skills along the way. Sessions are confidential, judgement free, and grounded in what works in real homes.

  • One on one or bi-monthly sessions tailored to your family
  • Communication scripts and routines you can use immediately
  • Support between sessions via messaging when something urgent comes up
  • Regular check-ins on goals and what is changing at home
Life Coaching

Clarity, momentum, and a plan that actually fits your life.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching is for adults navigating a transition, rebuilding after a setback, or quietly stuck on a goal that matters. We map where you are, where you want to go, and the small consistent steps that get you there. Expect honest conversations, accountability that respects your pace, and tools you can carry forward long after coaching ends.

  • Weekly coaching focused on your specific goals
  • A clear, realistic plan with measurable milestones
  • Tools for habits, decision making, and self-regulation
  • Honest accountability without judgement
EF Coaching

Executive Function Coaching for middle school and above.

EF Coaching

EF Coaching helps students strengthen the underlying skills school assumes they already have: planning, prioritizing, starting tasks, managing time, regulating attention, and following through. We meet weekly, build systems that fit how each student actually thinks, and adjust as the school year changes. Parents are kept informed and equipped to support without nagging.

  • Designed for students in middle school, high school, and college
  • Custom planning, organization, and time management systems
  • Strategies for focus, task initiation, and self-regulation
  • Parent updates and tools to reinforce skills at home
College Prep Guidance

Built for parents, not just students.

College Prep Guidance

Preparing for college can be overwhelming — selecting AP classes, extracurriculars, volunteering, research opportunities, extraordinary achievements, writing compelling essays, and finding the right college and major, all while seeking cost-effective options. This process often drives parents to high stress and communication issues with their teens. Having gone through this myself, I realized the need for support and decided to help other parents navigate this journey.

  • Parent focused sessions on the full college prep timeline
  • Guidance on choices, applications, and conversations at home
  • A practical view of the soft skills students need on campus
  • Tools to support your student without taking over
